Privacy policy

Pipelinewired is operated by WiredGTM, F-75, Venus Apartments, Worli Seaface, Mumbai 400018, India (“we”), who decides how your personal data is used (the “data fiduciary” under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and the “controller” under the EU and UK GDPR where those apply to you). This policy explains what we collect when you visit this site or join our early-access list, why, and the choices you have. Questions or grievances: hello@wiredgtm.com.

What we collect

• What you give us when you join the list: your work email, company and type of agency, and, only if you choose to add them, your name, role, website, team size, number of clients and anything you tell us about your outbound challenges.
• Where you came from: the referring site and any campaign tags in the link you used (for example utm_source), so we know which channels work.
• Abuse protection: a one-way, keyed hash of your IP address, used only to limit repeated signups. We don't store your IP address itself.
• Anonymous usage statistics: page views and referrers through Vercel Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies and doesn't track you across sites.

We don't use advertising cookies or trackers, and we don't buy or sell personal data.

Why we use it

• To contact you about early access and design-partner places for the product, which you asked for.
• To understand who is interested so we build the right thing and decide whom to invite first.
• To keep the site secure and the list free of spam.

We rely on your consent for the early-access list and the optional details you add. Where the GDPR applies, we also rely on our legitimate interest in understanding which channels bring visitors and in keeping the site secure. You can withdraw consent at any time; that doesn't affect what we did before.

Who processes it

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf, under contract:

• Vercel (website hosting and anonymous analytics)
• Neon (database hosting, United States)

Both store data in the United States. Where the GDPR applies, transfers out of the European Economic Area or the UK are covered by the standard contractual clauses in our agreements with these providers. If we add an email provider to send you updates, we'll list it here first.

How long we keep it

We keep your signup until you ask us to delete it, or for 24 months after we last contacted you, whichever comes first.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to see, correct, export or delete what we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@wiredgtm.com. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interest, or ask us to restrict it. We'll respond within one month. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India, or, if you're in the EU or UK, to the data-protection authority where you live or work.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to the people who run Pipelinewired, and the public website can add signups but can't read the list.

Children

This site is for businesses and isn't directed at anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top, and tell you by email if the change is significant.
